Gary V. Davis

Admitted: 1972, Virginia and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia.

Education: George Washington University, J.D., 1972; American University, B.A., 1968.

Prior to entering private practice, Gary served as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Fairfax County, Virginia from 1972-74.  In 1974, Gary founded The Law Offices of Gary V. Davis.

Timothy A. Davis

From 2006 to 2009, Tim served as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Fairfax County, Virginia.  During his tenure, Tim tried all types of criminal, traffic, and juvenile cases.  He is the younger of Gary's two sons.

Since entering private practice in 2009, Tim has primarily focused on criminal defense, family law, and personal injury.

Timothy Davis also has a AV Peer Review Rating.  Tim has been recognized in Northern Virginia Magazine as a Top Lawyer for Criminal Defense in 2012 and 2014.  In 2013, The Legal Network recognized Tim as a Top Lawyer in Virginia.
